Booking & Cancellation Policies We appreciate you booking with us! To keep things running smoothly and be fair to all clients, please take a moment to review our simple booking guidelines. Need to Cancel or Reschedule? Life happens! If you need to adjust your appointment, just let us know at least 48 hours beforehand. We require this notice, or you may be charged a no show/cancellation fee. Running Late or Can’t Make It? Please aim to arrive on time. We keep the right to cancel your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late, as it cuts into other clients' time. No-shows (missing your appointment without calling) will result in a fee. Our Fee System Explained: The no show/cancellation fees are there to protect stylist from foul bookings and loss of business. Missed Appointments: If you cancel too late or don't show up, you will be charged a fee equal to at least 25% of your original appointment cost. Surcharges Sometimes an extra charge may apply for your services. This is at the stylist’s discretion for complex services, if a lot more product is used than normal, or if the service takes significantly longer than expected. We'll try our best to chat about this during your consultation!
