CANCELATIONS To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment, or you may lose your deposit. We keep the right to cancel your appointment if you are more than 15min late or do not show at all. No show's will result in a loss of deposit. SURCHARGE Surcharge is the additional payment Stylist may decide to apply according to the services given. Surcharges may apply in multiple amounts, depending on the services complexity, amount of product used and time taken. DEPOSIT Deposits are there to protect stylist from foul bookings and loss of business. Any deposit payed is then deducted from full price and the remainder needs to be payed in cash or via card machine at the stylist's working premises. If for whatever reason you have failed to cancel in time or failed to contact us, you will lose your deposit. Not showing up to your appointment without contacting us is considered as a "No Show" and will result in a deposit loss.
