Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation We appreciate you booking with us! To keep things running smoothly and be fair to all clients, please take a moment to review our simple booking guidelines. New Colour Clients/Deposit All New Colour clients must book in for a free consultation & allergy patch test 48h prior their hair colour appointment. Failing to come to your consultation will result in your reserved colour slot being released to other clients. A 50% deposit of the total service cost is required to secure your first appointment. If we have not received it within 24 hours, appointment is then released to a next customer. All clients: Need to Cancel or Reschedule? Life happens! If you need to adjust your appointment, just let us know at least 48 hours beforehand or make any necessary changes from your online account 48h prior your originally scheduled appointment. We require this notice, or you may be charged a no show/cancellation fee. Running Late or Can’t Make It? Please aim to arrive on time. We keep the right to cancel your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late, as it cuts into other clients' time. No-shows (missing your appointment without contacting) will result in a fee/loss of deposit. No show/cancelation fee explained: The no show/cancellation fees are there to protect stylist from foul bookings and loss of business. If you cancel too late or don't show up without any notice, you will be charged a fee equal to at least 25% of your original appointment cost. Surcharges Sometimes an extra charge may apply for your services. This is at the stylist’s discretion for complex services, if a lot more product is used than normal, or if the service takes significantly longer than expected. We'll try our best to chat about this during your consultation!
